"Submitted an order over two weeks ago. Status still says pending. I’ve contacted them three times by email, twice by phone (voicemail), and left a message and review on Facebook. No response. I believe this is a fake company. After reading the reviews on Amazon since my purchase, it is clear that this has happened several times (at least) to others. This website needs to be shut down. "
