"I was totally disappointed. The smoked salmon was dry and the brine not very good. I paid $5.00 a piece literally for a 3" by 3" piece and I did buy 2 pieces. My father smokes his regular trout which are moist and the brine is out of this world. I will never buy this fish again. The price is absolutely ridiculous. I hope that people know that all Montana products are not so pricey and that we do have good quality food. For instance High Country Jerky is very good, although pricey."
