"Ordered a cable that was marked as in stock at checkout. The cable was needed urgently. The order was placed on 1/2, but cable was received after 3 weeks. Despite several email and online requests on the status of the order, I never received a single feedback (to me, this sounds pretty incredible). Very poor customer service."
