"Ordered my ring on Jan 3rd.

It is now Jan 19th. I received and email 'promising' a ship date of today.

No tracking number and no response to my email.

My finacee-to-be and I are leaving on vacation. I wanted to have this, so badly... and now it's all ruined.

After reading the reviews prior to mine... I will proceed with an order-cancellation via my credit-card company.

I suggest you do NOT do business with these people.

"I placed an order at http://moissanite-collection.com/ on Jul 13 and their site said that the estimated delivery date is Jul 19. Today July 19, the order has not yet shipped. Phone goes straight to an answering machine that doesnt even sound like it is a business - "The person you have called is currently unavailable".

There is no way to check order status on the website. After complaining by email about the order this is the response:

"Dear Customer,

We are in the final quality assurance stages,
and expect your order to ship on 7/22/10.

You will receive another email from us containing tracking information.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Regards,

Moissanite Collection"

If they are in the "final stages", why the heck would it take 4 more days to ship.

I will update this post later with the quality of the product as soon as I get it, if I ever do.

Update 7/20
I have tried calling their number several times at different times of the day and nobody ever picks up. I have decided to cancel my order and there is no way to do it on their website. So I have submitted their customer service form, sent an email and left a message on their phone. I will update this review again later.

Update 7/21
Still no response to the order cancellation at all. Nobody picks up the phone but the answering machine message has been changed to "You have reached customer service"

Update 7/26
Inspite of leaving a message on their phone and cancelling the order via email and their customer service form, the item has still shipped today July 26. I have been advised by the credit card company to refuse shipment. Still no response to emails or phone messages.
