"My wife found this store in web search after we came back from Macy's unable to find a sectional to our liking. We were in doubt at first b/c we couldn't find any reviews on the store; but we liked the selection of models and colors so we went to their showroom in Manhattan.
They have some beautiful contemporary furniture pieces and for competitive price. They usually have 1-2 colors per model in stock. Also you can make a special order and pick a color from their palette (but then you'd have to wait longer).
We picked a standard color and our sofa was delivered in 3 days. Sales person was very helpful and informative.
It was the right model and it felt very good build quality and upscale materials. Our kids loved the sectional too; they have basically lived on it since then.
But there was a defect on the chaise and I ordered a replacement. The sales person was accomodative again and the chaise was replaced (took few weeks but considering it was the holidays season of December/January I guess it's a good timing).

I usually don't write reviews but I feel that it's unfair that a store with this high level of product quality and customer service has none; so here is my review - highly recommended :)"
