"New website is difficult to navigate and very slow. When you have a problem, customer services focuses on the issues with their website and not your problem or your satisfaction anymore. Orders sit for increasingly longer times, because they are too busy focusing on their silly website issues. Stuff is no longer in chronological order so hard to see what is new now. New stuff stock is instantly gone because they stock too little of it. And stuff of little interest is stocked in high quantities that they cannot sell. Tells you they really no longer understand this hobby. You can't special order anything anymore. You have to rely on the item being restocked and getting an automated email, which 1 or 2 items will come in and are out of stock again in minutes. Customer service usually has no clue what an item is when you call them."
"Too high shipping charges. Staff too busy to package and ship quickly. They use slowest mode UPS delivery which has highest incidence of damages to merchandise."

Excellent prices, almost same day shipping. They don't have everything, but what they have is cheaper then the competition, they charge reasonable shippingnrates ($5 for a $200 order),
I am surprised to find no reviews here, looking at other review sites, they consistantly get 5 star ratings. Shop without fear. They also have a great brick and morter store."
