"I have two different order numbers. The first order reference number does not match the order number. I ordered it on 4/6/2010. Ordered a DVD drive for XBox 360 for which totaled over 77.00 with shipping cost and used priority mail which states up to 8 business days to recieve. Emailed customer service on 4-18 and never got a response back. today is 5/10/2010 and still nothing. I hope they get arrested for this! I want my money back - they even took extra money out of my account for overseas shipping (called it a border fee)for which was NOT AUTHORIZED! Dont get taken from this website like we did - seems like they have a lot of peoples money! "

"Complete Scam! (Scam part is 2nd paragraph)
I ordered my part and first it took almost 3 weeks to arrive. They took forever to ship and when they did they sent an email saying they were shipping it "tomorrow" (how reassuring is that?)
When I received the part finally, it was NOT the correct part! I ordered a dvd drive motor for a PS2 version 9 and the part they send me they said it worked for versions 1 to 11. It did NOT! It didn't even have the right number of pins!
Because of the shipping price, it wasn't even worth it to send back for me because it will cost me half the price of the dvd motor (and the waste of time is not worth the measly $7 I gain back...). I still emailed them to tell them they falsey advertised their part... NO ANSWER...
These people don't care about their customers (they take forever to ship, don't warn anywhere about backorders)... They FALSELY ADVERTISE (some parts dont necessarily work)... Stay away from them please I don't want to see anyone else suffer with them! I don't even know why such a company exists!

I got the e-mail that the order was processed the day of, then I received another e-mail on the 17th sayin that the order was shipped. It's the 19th now so I'll update if I don't receive my product by Friday. But it doesn't look like I'll get my product after what everyone posted, but still, I'll update if it does or doesn't get here by friday.

It is now Saturday November 22, 2008 and I still have not received my package, and I'm getting irritated so I sent this:
"It's Friday here and my package still has not arrived, I've ordered from Europe and Australia before and my packages came the third day after they were delivered(while using Express Mail). Now with you guys, it's been six days since you "shipped" my package. Now I read the reviews on your website, which were god awful, and I thought that I should trust you, but if my package does not get here on Tuesday November 25, 2008, I'll have to call my cc and cancel the transaction."

First spam(20-30 emails) ****@****, ****@****, ****@**** letting them know you have full intention of getting a charge back from your credit card co. Then since you have purchased something you have an account, log in, and you can give a majority of the products bad reviews letting buyers know they will get scammed. "I ordered a Wii case from these guys on September 2nd. I immediately received an email saying that my order was being processed. I never heard from them again, in spite of my repeated attempts to find out why my package never came. A month later I got the credit card company to cancel the transaction, which finally happened three weeks after that. I think theses guys are living off the float and not actually making any sales. They had my money for 7 weeks, and couldn't be bothered to contact me at all. I wish I'd visited this site before I dealt with consoleshop.com"
