"Although the product that I had ordered arrived in good time I accidentally ordered the wrong product. The email on the website for returns was incorrect so I had to use different addresses and hope that someone would pass it on. After sending various chasers I was sent an unhelpful response which did not solve my problem. I replied to the email I had sent explaining the problem but my email was not answered. I would not use Mobymemory again."
