"Sold me a defective Honeywell thermostat. Due to extensive out of town travel I didn't install the thermostat within their 30 return time-frame.
I understand I was outside their return window, but I shouldn't have been sold a defective product to begin with. When the thermostat arrived it was clearly used and clearly it was a return because it was defective. I decided to try it anyway.
As soon as I contacted MobilePC about a refund I was blocked from leaving a seller rating-sounds like they know they have a problem."

"What a bunch of liars these folks are. Ordered a new open box cell phone, the one I received was clearly used, and had a damages USB port, as well as scuffs all around the port. Contacted them, sent it back, and they sent out a replacement. When questioned was told this one would be a new one. Well, get the "new" one, contact Verizon, and sure as anything this was either a used or refurb, so back it went for a refund. I would avoid this place at all costs. Don't go by their BBB rating because that does not tell the story whatsoever."

I recently purchased 3 NEW cameras from MobilePC.com -- When I had a problem with one of them the manufacturer would not honor their warranty because MobilePC is not an authorized reseller. They don't say on their site anywhere that they're not authorized and customer service wouldn't help me. I should've spent a few more bucks and bought from Amazon. Learn from my mistakes and avoid this place. Purchase at your own risk!"
