"Hi, I'm a mobistealth user and I'd been using it for a few months and I wasn't very happy with it. It is a little outdated and there are bugs that result in slow performance. I've shifted to Xnspy now and it is a lot faster in performance and works better on my son's phone. The overall experience is just a lot smoother I think so I'm keeping this one instead."
"I purchased the product and parts of it didn't work right. I also was not given the correct amount of time for the service I wanted. I was eventually over billed for the period of time and service I had. I contacted the help desk and they seem India based and were the worst customer service I have ever used. I peter reply after reply and tried to chat with them and requested a supervisor time after time but I was never given one. The help desk agent who deleted my posts as well as his and closed my tickets right after they were opened. He made me gave to file this complaint. Mobistealth seems to not always work with all phones they say they will give u money back for some of the pro service if it doesn't work yet they don't. They can't help u and they overbill you. You explain and explain and they won't help even though u email them right after u get the service. Wanted a year charged 3 months then forced to pay another 3,month to get cost of a year yet not given a year even though a year is the same as the 2 3 month charges even though u said it was an error the day first billed and had emails. Access to the site is down at times. they over bill you promise things and don't do it. They charge for services you don't have.. And when u need the info right then mobistealth no help. Problems can be fixed but customer service / help desk seems India based and is the worst and I do mean worst customer service I have ever experienced. They deleted my account and all account info, they deleted help requests because they did like my requests or my explaining there errors. Wow he wouldn't give me a supervisor or fix the problems and deleted my posts and his own posts. Even suspended my account to get rid of me so I would contact him regarding any problems with mobistealth .... Beware you won't be able to fix the problems with tech support or billing."
