"I simply made the purchase of the t-shirts on 21 December 2021 and still have not received them. Before making the purchase, I contacted the store to learn more information, because it is a store outside the country, first I was informed that in 15 days the shirts would arrive, then he said I should wait until the 1st of February and if not arrived, was for me to contact. I contacted him and he extended the deadline again for two more weeks in which he was going to open an "investigation" to verify what had happened with the T-shirts. I am upset and discouraged with the purchase, it has been more than 2 months and I have not received my t-shirts, besides passing the deadline for delivery, I had no news if I would still receive it or not, how long it would take if I would receive it. The store representative instead of trying to solve the problem asked me to contact the post office to try to locate my purchase, even though it is not my responsibility, I contacted and the post office said they had no way to track the package, what was left was to wait. So for lack of consideration to the customer, responsibility, lack of assurance that I will receive my purchase or not, and all the other reasons cited above, I would like to receive a refund of my money and to date has not been resolved this situation and the store even responds giving some positioning."

Then, I had concerns because I've never heard of this website, so I read reviews on it. They were horrible. I called customer service and straight up asked them why the reviews were so terrible and that I had just purchased a t-shirt from them. A nice lady who I spoke with had my order processed and shipped the very same day! As a matter of fact I got a shipped email not more than an hour after my phone call with her! I don't know why there were so many bad reviews, but my review is a good one I had no problems and am currently tracking my package down the pipeline,to the fly over state that I live in. I told the customer service lady that I would give a good review depending on the handling and shipping of my package. I was not paid nor am I affiliated with this company! I'm just a guy with a family who works his **** off and expects his money not to be played with when it comes to ordering online! So that's it... My first review....maybe next season Bengals!"

"I tried twice to order a t-shirt on MLTD.COM. Impossible to get my order both times! They don't accept card payment. They cancel the payment but don't refund the total amount of money. I had to pay by Paypal, so at the end I paid twice and have no news since. I don't have any idea if the payment worked out. They don't answer emails or phone. Definitely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Don't recommend at all. Won't be using this website anymore for sure. "
