"Bad experience. I ordered a dvd box set (BBC Planet Earth) for a good price on 12/8/07. I got an order confirmation with an order number and a link to a status webpage. The status was initially (and remained) blank, as was the tracking number. I was billed on the 12th. Now it's the 26th and it hasn't arrived. I sent them an email and have gotten no reply. I tried calling them and the automated message from the 800 number says that this number is 'temporarily out of service' or something like that.
The price was tempting but i got no product and no customer service. Caveat emptor."
