"I ordered some parts and put in my VIN so that they would send me the correct items. They sent me the incorrect lift gate supports. No problem, I got an RMA from them and then shipped them back. They told me that they received an EMPTY BOX, then they rejected my return and never credited my card. I sent them several emails requesting details about the empty package stating that I needed more info so that I could report it to the postmaster but they never returned my emails. I am out about $40. I will not do business with them again."
