"Wow. Trying for 7 days to contact you people. Now you have deleted my account? What crap! I will definitely add another horrible review to the immense number that I have read ! That is a shame because the dress I received is beautiful but it is not right for my daughter so we wanted to return it I have done just what was required by your return policy but of course have received no response from your joke of a "customer service " department. I promise you that we will never even consider buying from you again and will highly recommend no one does Thanks for nothing "

"I ordered a made to order dress paid $250 Australia dollars for dress. Lovely looking dress but i couldn't even get it on it was far to small. Contacted customer service and they wanted photos but i had already taken to dressmaker to have altered so was to late for photo to be taken. Dressmaker couldn't believe how unprofessional the dress was put together . When you triple check all measurements following there guidelines you expect dress to fit perfectly customer service wont reimburse me anything as if i would complain if I didn't have good reason to.
WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY.
