"I ordered two books, for seperate people, and paid the shipping and handling on both books. My friend received BOTH the books, and the billing address listed (which should have been me) was some guy in Arkansas! I live in Wyoming, by the way. I emailed the company three times to no avail. Not even an automatic response was sent to me. My friend had to end up shipping the extra book to the intended recipient. Horrible service. I will spend the few extra dollars up front and buy from another company next time."
