"This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had when dealing with an internet retailer.

I ordered a product, paid for a Fed Ex shipping. My card was processed immediately but the vendor attempted to deceive me repeatedly about the status of my order. When it was finally shipped, it was shipped via a lower quality type of shipping that I specifically did not pay for.

My monitor arrived and it doesn't work. It's just one thing after another. This company uses *MANY* different fronts and names to try and confuse consumers.

Please don't use them unless there's absolutely no other choice.
