But the accessaries such as crown, filler, and touch-up-kit order's shipping cost will be so expensive (over $577.50 as a Assembled Cabinet Orders) under $5,000. Even though I tried to place one item (Touch-up-kit, $50.05), the shipping cost is $577.50 as a assembled cabinet orders. Also, when I contacted Custom center, they said that they do not know the details about the shipping cost. Also, they said that they do not provide any information who will charge this shipping cost. There is not any option when someone will purchase Mantra Omni Snow products. Please be careful and check shipping cost first. It is worst!"

"I am a general contractor in Florida and i never thought i would be ordering my own cabinets. Approximately 2 years ago my current cabinet installer got so busy he stopped responding to my phone calls. I did a little research and found millwork city online. To be honest I was a little hesitant when I placed my first order back in May 2021. Here we are in 2023 and I just placed my 8th with them and couldn't be happier. They have excellent customer service (Michelle) and I have even left voicemails on weekends and after hours and (Chris) would call me back. What a shock that was to have an actual person call me back. Had a few issues along the way ( broken cabinets, missing trim, etc.) But all the issues that I had were taken care of by their wonderful staff.

"We purchased a whole kitchen of cabinets, and are very happy with the quality of the product. The customer service (Michelle) was excellent to deal with, and very prompt to respond when we reached out about many different questions, and then a damaged panel during the shipping process. We did have a few hiccups with the shipping process, but she took care of everything prompty, (no fault of Millwork City), and we had a replacement for the damaged panel within a couple of days. Overall, super happy with the whole process! And..... love my new cabinets! "

“Your review is not appreciated here since it is lacking the truth of your communication with our company. You actually called in to complain about the shipping cost relating to a number of additional items that you placed on a secondary order. Since your first order 37247 (that was delivered to you) qualified for free shipping, your subsequent order (37300) did not qualify for free shipping. Additionally, the second order that you placed did indeed include a touch up amongst many other items that you ordered. We do not ship customer orders for free because they demand free shipping for their products especially when the customer is "free" to purchase the product elsewhere at a cost that they fell is the best price available.”
