Got sick

"First off you need to pay $35 just to get the food price list. Then after I ordered there was a problem but pales in comparison to how my stomach felt sick after eating some meat and half a muffin. Did the meat/muffin go bad not packaged correctly in the 24 hours time shipment? I don't know. Just know I'm sick to the stomach after that and slightly better after sleeping for an hour. "

The WORST Customer and Delivery Service! Not recommended!

"I am very disappointed with the delivery and customer service. Every time the Farm's delivery vendor Fed Ex leaves boxes with fresh food at the entrance door of our building. Every time I ask the Farm rep (Elizabeth this time) to contact FedEx to ask them be more attentive to the address notes (Please deliver it to the apartment door!) . The answer is: we are not responsible for FedEx service.
But! Excuse me! I pay to the Farm and do not want that my products to be put somewhere else, but at my apartment door!
Every time I am trying to find out the tracking number, but
If you can reach the Farm at your 1st or the 2nd call - you are lucky! They do not pick up phone, they do not return calls, they do not care about their reputation and the quality of the service. Their shipping with food products was waiting for me to find it for 6+ hours only God knows where. The last time - for 11 hours!
I requested the refund of the "shipping and handling", though there was no handling at all.
Not to mention the calculation mistake in the receipt. $5 discrepancy matter!
But Elizabeth responded that "if they refund money to each claim they will lose". Why should I lose? This is my money and I am a customer! i WANT TO GET THE FOOD AS SOON AS IT IS DELIVERED TO THE BUILDING. No one can run downstairs to check, if the package arrived every hour! Though I can not track the package, as I do not know the tracking number. I called 11 times to find out, if it was shipped!
A very bad feedback!
Promise to let you know, if the Farm will refund $42.
Greedy guys and not responsible for anything! Not recommend them!

So happy the service is back

"I'm member of this food club since 2011. I travel a lot and this service is a great source of high quality food anywhere I go.

During the pandemic there was a shortage but now we are enjoying the wonderful food from the farm again through this service.

milk is not organic or raw they lie

"i recently tried to ferment a batch of millers so called raw grass-fed organic milk, it would not ferment no matter what. The starter culture always died, the milk is riddled with antibiotics. The milk has been overly process through a centrifuge machine, all the fat has been separated from the milk and then the remaining garbage liquid left behind has cheap cream, or who knows what, maybe even powder added back to it, it does separate when its sits too long but it separates into one part water one part heavy cream. These people are disgusting and they are liars with no certifications or third party inspections, there's a reason why the FDA keeps trying to shut them down, they hide behind being amish but i do not believe they are amish at all. i'm truly disgusted ."

Shady Business Practices

"I looked at other reviews about this farm both the good and bad and decided to give them a chance.

Well the bad reviews were right, they overcharged me over $50 more dollars, I simply asked for poultry items and got more than I asked for! When I told them what happened they didn't even provide a paid return label!

Secondly, one of the items I ordered didn't even have an expiration date....which is even sketchier ontop of their "annual $35 fee"

If you're looking for a farm that isn't shady look elsewhere, I regret giving them my money and I hope they get what they deserve, read up about the controversy surrounding the farm. I felt bad for them but I think they deserve it considered how they treat their customers.

Incredible Kefir

"I’ve never had a problem with Miller’s Organic Farm. I’ve been ordering from them for years. They ship on time and the quality of their milk and animal products is excellent. Their kefir lasts forever. They are Amish and they only take orders by phone. I leave a phone message of my order. I’m thankful they have foods conveniently available to ship that are difficult to source locally."

"It was our first order from Miller's Organic Farm. Although it is expensive we decided to try to see if the quality is worth the price.
from 20 items the only thing I like is cow milk. 8$ for a gallon is not that high comparing to other stores around for grass fed raw milk.
Goat milk - 9$ per half gallon - expensive and not even so good as the one sells in Whole Foods.
Butter - 12.5$ for a pound - looks and tastes as really old butter. Looks like they removed something from it before making a butter. Irish butter from Trader Joes is far more better.
Strawberry ice-cream - 12$ for 1 quart. It is so firm like an ice. By taste there is no creamy or milky taste. I think they do something with milk, after processing it contains a lot of water and this makes this ice-cream as ice.
whole fryer - 23$ for 5 pounds. Today is March 12, 2015. The date on this fryer is August 8, I guess 2014, because it doesn't say what's the year. I understand that frozen food is still good after a year, but I don't want to pay so much for such long frozen food.
Also some items don't have either packed or expiration date - milk, eggs, yogurt and no other labels. Which makes me think they trying to hide it and also don't expose their name if something will be wrong with the food.

"MIller's Organic Farm has some good products (and some not so good). It offers raw, grass-fed dairy and grass-fed meat, along with many other products. I've rarely had a problem with their meats, but their cream cheese and creme fraiche are usually soupy and not worth buying. It's also not unusual for some of their items to be underweight. For instance, I've sometimes weighed a "quart" of their cream on my digital scale, only to find that it actually weighed about 30 ounces, instead of 32. In addition, their pumpkin seeds are grown in China. Unfortunately, their customer service is poor as well. It's often very hard to talk to a live person. And then when you leave a message, at least half the time they don't even bother to call you back.

This place rakes in a ton of money, but they seem very greedy. For instance, one time they overcharged me by almost $70 on an order. When I pointed it out, what did they do? They just said sorry--that's it. They never offered to do anything to make it up to me, apart from subtracting the charge. (Companies with good customer service will offer you a free gift or something like that because of the inconvenience you suffered.) They don't seem to have any appreciation of their customers, and have zero common sense about how to treat them. They just seem to take you for granted, as if you should be grateful that they *allow* you to do business with them. Also, no matter how much you order from them, they will never give you any kind of discount, as many companies do. And one time they sent me the wrong item, and then they expected me to pay the postage to return it!! How cheap can you get? I told them no way, and made them send me a label--it was still nervy of them to ask me to return it, though. Many companies will say, "It was our mistake—just keep it." In addition, whenever you order a certain quantity of a product and they're out of that size, they put the larger quantity of the product on your order and charge you the full price for the larger amount! They should just charge you for the smaller size that they're out of. They could certainly afford to do so. Frankly, all they seem to care about is money, even though they give lip service to Christian principles in some of their newsletters. As the saying goes, actions speak louder than words.

Lately, their eggs seem to have really dropped in quality. Their yolks used to almost all be deep orange, but now most of them are as pale as supermarket yolks. I'm not sure it's even worth ordering eggs from them anymore--a better bet is to find a local farmer to do business with.

To sum up, some of their products are very good, but not all of them. They also seem really cheap and greedy, and their customer service is seriously lacking.
