"DONT BUY FROM MILESTONEPC!!!


I'm still trying to find someone at MilestonePC to give me my Asus G2S-A1 computer since Danny Li (the owner) dissapeared. I already contacted the Federal Trade Commission and they are going to investigate this company since they got several complaints.

I guess you have to always buy from a big company with many years in the business and with 10000+ excelent reviews to be sure you'll get what you bought."

I called MilestonePC back and decided than waiting for a full refund I would try to get another notebook off their clearance list. Within 2 days of that phone call my laptop was shipped out and my CC was refunded the difference. So things may be getting back to normal.


Stay away from Milestone PC something is up, heard rumours about the owner having family problems but this is no excuse for taking peoples money,

I ordered on oct 4 2 asus z62j notebooks which were on sale for $349 on act 10th my cc was charged for both of them yet my order status was still pending. I phoned on oct 13th and spoke with someone not sure who and they said that there was only 1 notebook not 2 like i had ordered. I asked if just the one could be shipped and the person on the phone said that i could get the one notebook with a cpu/ram/hdd installed. I didn't want that i oreded 2 barebones becasue i have parts for them, not sure what the reluctance is to sell me a barebones notebooks. Anyhow i tried to call back to cancel my order and get a refund it takes me a week to actually get through to anyone (their phone mailbox was full) i tell them to refund my cc and its been over a week and still no refund. Avoid at all costs"

"For the time being, *DO NOT* order from MilestonePC. Previously they had very very good reviews and were very responsive.

At present, you can place an order online and pay but no orders are being shipped and the phone personnel say that "Danny" is out and they aren't sure when he'll be back. He's the only one who can do anything it seems.

The people that answer at present can't see orders, can't answer inventory questions, can't handle problems, and so on.

I ordered a laptop on September 5th and paid via PayPal. No response to Emails, no nothing. On Sept 10th I called and was asked to re-do the order on the website and note the PayPal transaction ID. I did so. The status was never updated. I finally filed a PayPal claim which was decided in my favor, however NO money was recovered. Thankfully I paid with American Express so can file a chargeback.

I know at one time they were a great company but at present you need to STAY AWAY."
