"I purchased two Gucci Bardot bags from this company. The company sent me one and it was a fake. The bag was poorly packed in an old damp dust bag, with no plastic wrap in a broken box. The bag did not have any authentication, the controllo card read "***-***-****". When I contacted the company they denied the bag was fake, however it clearly is, however they web site reads "authentic". The stitching was coming out on one of the handles and the bag's trim appearred to be vinyl. Also, the lining was flat black, no Gucci insignia. Also, there were no serial numbers. Buyer beware I was charged $318 dollars for this fake bag!"
