"We have been scammed as they are not responding to us and have our money for the pre order of the 3080. We paid in January 2021. I dont know how they can live with themselves keeping customers money and not delivering the product. No respect for customers!"

"Please do no buy from this place
They sent me a fake tracking number saying it was shipped. I called canada post and the tracking did not exist. Then they tell me it was the wrong tracking and never heard from them.since. best buy and Mike's computer shop are very very bad

Good prices, but awful service

"I waited two weeks for an item supposed to arrive in 5 days max and it never even arrived. Also, they were quite rude about it, took a long time to answer my mails and never even apologized, just refunded me without much care given to my inconveniences."

Monitor not working..

"Ordered a computer monitor trough NewEgg and it was not working. You don't need a 2,000 point IQ to power up a monitor. When you powerup a monitor, you are suppose to have something on the screen or a least a little light indicating that the power is on... NOTHING...Tried to plug in the monitor using a working VGA cable that was on another computer.. NOTHING... No user manual in the box... No thread on the internet regarding this specific monitor (Acer B247Y bmiprx 24" (Actual size 23.8") Full HD 1920 x 1080 60HZ 4ms (GTG) VGA HDMI DisplayPort Built-in Speakers ...)

Sent back for a refund but they say that the monitor is working.. They are lying... I am a 40 years trained computer teacher and i know when a monitor is working or not... They are lying because the don't want to refund me the restocking fees they are charging me... NewEgg is not attributable for it and neither is Mike's Computer...NEVER AGAIN NEWEGG that don't give a **** about their client and their resellers... NEVER AGAIN MIKE'S computer... Exhausting bureaucratic experience... Will stick with AMAZON because they care about their client....And for sure, i will be glad to spread the news...

Best service ever!!

"My computer stopped letting me open my programs.
I went to the shop and Chris Burriesci ran a fix on my computer.
He was able to find out the my newly downloaded Avast Cleanup Premium program had messed up my computer. He deleted it and fixed all ! After working with it for over 30 minutes - he DID NOT charge me.
I will tell all my friends and co-workers about this shop. I will definitely go there to purchase my next computer as there seems to be specials all the time.

"I have now purchased 3 times from Mikes computer shop. a 2060 Graphics card on one order a Ryzen 9 3900x and Gigabyte 570 elite motherboard with ram. No problems at all got my computer built realized i should have a little bigger PSU. I ordered it from Mikes because of price. "

Horrible platform

"Cancelled my order for no reason. Contacted support, they said there was a payment method error even though I've used the card countless times at multiple vendors. Definitely never dealing with these people again, I contacted support to cancel my account."

Terrible Customer Service

"I ordered an external hard drive online and received the wrong product. Best Buy returned it to them on my behalf for an exchange. They refuse to exchange the drive for the correct one and will only offer an exchange. I will therefore lose substantial Black Friday sale savings. They said that BB directed them to issue the refund. Liars. Nowhere in my documentation does it state this and the Best Buy customer service agent sent it to them for exchange. Do not use this seller... terrible customer service and unwilling to fix a problem that was their own creation."

Great Service

"Recently attended the Hamilton store looking for assistance with moving my E-mail records as I was canceling Cogeco & moving to Bell. Dave Lai spent a good 20 minutes with me & explained everything perfectly. He was a great listener and explained things in a way I could understand. I was perfectly willing to pay for his time but he insisted there was no charge."
