"We bought a motherboard and processor from the website. It did not work, called the company and they told us to send it back they would send a new one. We paid the money to send it back and they never sent a new one. The next time we checked the website, they were bankrupt. We were given the option to get our money back, and we said that we wanted it back. We never received money or a new motherboard. I did not know what to do. I found this website, and am going to file with the BBB and also make a claim to my credit card company."

The ordering process itself went smoothly. I know some other comments have said they never received the item... Well, I received mine, and it was in perfect condition, but it was a week late.
Only response I got from their company was that "it had been shipped".
Unless the price I found here was just really really nice, I would probably not order from here again."
