"Order was placed 07/16/09 but as of September 14, the order has not yet been received. I left messages to their voice mail but no return call. Their e-mails kept saying the order has been shipped (at least five times). Therefore rating is NO Star whatsoever. Will never order from this company again."

"Still waiting for a legitimate order number or tracking number. This outfit is a total scam, complete thieves. We are now reporting this to Visa for insurance purposes. How are they allowed to stay in business is a mystery. The site is fake the product is fake the orders are non-existant.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!!!!

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. On Tue Jan 6 2009 at 08:19:42 PST I ordered 10ea QUANTUM DLT VS1 80GB/160GB tapes and 1ea Cleaning Cartridge for DLT1 Tape Drives with a Subtotal of 318.00. My AMEX card was billed immediately 2 weeks later and I still have no tapes, the order status on the web-page says "This order is pending review." and no one will return a call or e-mail. What a hassle! Save yourself the pain and buy from a reputable dealer instead.

Update1: I was called by one of the customer service managers who apologized for the hold-up and for billing my credit card before they shipped the product. He said that their ordering system was being changed to prevent that. I will update this again if/when I receive the product.

Update2: I recieved my package from MicroJenDeals.com and they sent me 8 of the 10 tapes I ordered and no cleaning cartridge. So after 3 weeks and multiple e-mails and phone calls, I have part of my order.

"Ordered 6 tapes, 4 were bad.  Took two months to get RMA.  Returned in June and still have not received replacements, it is now Oct.  They have promised six times to ship the replacements that  day and they still have not shipped.  I have left message with receptionist, voice mail at office and voice mail on managers phone.  The calls were never returned.

"Apart from the Yahoo generic e-mail with the order number, I got nothing from this merchant. I emailed them on the 8th, and got no response either. As of today (Friday Feb 23rd, over 2 weeks later there is no word from them, and the items I had ordered are nowehere to be seen.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. BUYER BEWARE!

"microjendeals.com is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with. I ordered 205 HP DLT tapes from them more than six months ago. I didn't receive any tapes from them until October of 2006 and I only received a box of 50 tapes. After calling them several times I did receive two more shipments of 50 tapes in November of 2006. They still owe me 55 tapes and I can't get Microjendeals to send them and they won't answer my phone calls and won't return my call when I leave a message."

"I have made numerous purchases from this company over the past year for my business. I have had to call to correct some error for every purchase I can recall. Whether it be a wrong total price or not receiving an invoice for my records to what I have currently dealt with. I have placed an order over 2 weeks ago with ground shipping but called back to change it to 2 day shipping as I realized I needed the merchandise rushed to meet my deadline. My boss received a phone call to verify the purchase because it was being shipped to an alternate address other than the billing address and they said they couldn't do that. This was the 4th purchase I had made with no problems in the past. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not received my merchandise. I have called MANY times and every time I call I am told that instead of holding someone will call me back in 5 minutes. I am still waiting for a phone call. The order was placed on July 10 and my credit card was charged on the 11. I have since found another vendor and called to try and cancel the order and get a refund because it was obviously never shipped. I was told to call the warehouse manager's cell phone which went straight to voicemail. The next step is to file a fraudulant claim with American Express. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! "

"Attempted to purchase 15 tapes. Was told I would be called right back. Waited... No call. Called again a few days later, told I would be called right back, waited again, no call. Tried at least once a week for 3 months to place an order. They never once called back after saying they would. Finally took my business elsewhere."
