"Item was received defective. Once I inquired about a refund the company starting using deceptive tactics to get me to send the unit back without actually refunding me any money.

Beware!"

"Had nothing but problems with these guys, very rude, act like it's not their problem when they screw something up. Took 2 weeks, 10 calls, and 5 e-mails before the correct product was shipped to me.

AVOID!!! "
