"TERRIBLE...unit was fixed at my expense for shipping of 23.00. withing 5 days of the units return the the item was again not working properly with the same issues it had prior to it's repair. They expect me to pay for shipping again...what a rip off."
"MicroMedics are totally incompetent. They allegedly spent 5 hours testing and couldn't find a dead screen on a laptop, then billed me $95 to get my laptop back.
The warranty provider not only confirmed the problem immediately upon my sending it directly to them, but also replaced the laptop, return mail.
Never, never send anything to MicroMedics"
