"Highly recommended! The REAL proof of any store is how it handles things when something goes wrong. MDIusa.com is refreshingly honest and strightforward, and the purchase process was simple, quick, and easy. I ordered over the phone, not via the website. There was NO attempt at an upsell, just very knowledgable help beginning a week ago, when I first called. They accurately knew when the item would begin arriving -- I was ordering an Olympus Evolt E-330, and it wasn't in stock, yet, at most dealers! I called back the next week to complete the order, and the camera shipped five hours after I ordered. The price was comparable to the best I could find at the East Coast rip-off stores. They made a minor mistake in my shipping address and the camera was misdelivered -- and apparently stolen from that address. MDIusa immediately shipped a replacement to me with no whining, just good service. The E-330 arrived next-day at my home outside Houston in great shape and the whole process was VERY satisfying; they know what they're doing, and they kept their word. As always, individual user mileage may vary, but I will do MUCH more biz with them. Courtesy and trustworthiness were right on the mark. This was a good experience for this Texan -- no problems, no complaints, so, I rate 'em AAA+++ & very satisfied!"
