"There may have been a previous loose relationship with the Univ. Hts. store in the past, but that store closed many years ago. I've dealt with this specific operation in Lyndhurst for at least 6 years. Today I received my 3rd upgrade and am very pleased with their service and pricing, and would recommend them to anyone who wants wants good value."

"Is this the same MicroXperts that is now in Lyndhurst? I remember there was a store in University Heights or Solon. I got my computer from them last year. I had 2 minor problems with it, both were under warranty and fixed/parts replaced for free. The service I received excellent service from them and whenever I call, my questions are promptly answered."
