"I was looking for a replacement monitor stand for my 17" Studio Display monitor. Most places I contacted could not help me and would refer me to a service center, including Apple.
After finding MicroDoc I emailed them. I got a prompt response from them but they did not have the part, however they said they would try to locate it for me. I figured that was the end of that but was contacted a week later that they had got the part..
The part was exactly what I needed and was at reasonable price. I was impressed that they followed through and solved my problem.
I will definitely check with them first if I need any replacement parts for my MAC.
