They have amazing deals as it is and beats most craft stores even WALMART most times. If they don't have what you are looking for they are always more than happy to help you find it or order it. I have been to many of these stores all across the west coast states and they all have hired capable and friendly employees. Some hobby stores may be bigger, but I have yet to find the customer service that you find with Michaels or the savings!"
