"This is a horrible company with terrible customer service. I am located in southern California. I was walking through the mall when a Micabeauty sales girl handed me a flyer. I normally dont even take them, but I was feeling nice that day and actually accepted it. She then asked to do a quick product demo on my arm of their skin care product. Immediately after my arm she placed the product on my face. She asked me why I was in the mall and I replied that I was on my way to Victorias Secret. The salesgirl then said she wanted to add me to their database so I can receive information about their specials and products. I said sure and then asked how much was the skincare line. She said she would tell me after she entered my information into the database. She then informed me the product was $300. I explained I could not invest in the skincare product at this time. I even went on to say I am in between jobs during the current time. The salesgirl grew very irritated and told me Youre going to spend $60 at Victorias Secret right now! I then explained I had a coupon for a free product and that was why I was headed over to Victorias Secret. She was angry at this point and basically yelled, Why didnt you tell me you werent going to buy anything during the demo?!" Ive never been so embarrassed and harassed in a store in my life. Ive had plenty of product demos at establishments such as Macys, Clinque, Origins, Sephora, Ulta, etc and no one has ever told me that. I am highly disappointed and disgusted. Just wanted to add that all the salesgirls in Victorias Secret were exceedingly nice to me even though I only used my coupon for a free product and did not make a purchase. Victorias Secret apparently trains their associates correctly. In the words of Maya Angelou ;Ive learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. And I will never forget how Micabeauty made me feel."
