"I pre-ordered a 1/6 scale Serenity Malcom Reynolds. Seller was sincere in the beginning, but everything changed when it became postponed. During which time, I emailed for updates- no response/ no communication. I thought I could trust her with the BBB accreditation posted on her site. I called, the phone number is fake. Her web site was suspended. All the accreditation with the BBB, fraud. Now am seeking civil and legal suit for my refund."
