"I am so tired of ordering fashion clothing from overseas, over the Internet, only to receive clothing that are too small eventhough I had done so according to their sizing chart. And yes, even considering the + or - centimeter difference which may occur. I was in so much despair when I received my order, which I was anxiously awaiting from Fashoin Mia, because the clothes were slightly smaller than expected. I was so disappointed as they were beautiful and well made. HOWEVER, when I contacted the customer care service team at Fashion Mia they were wonderful, offering meaningful help and advise. Returning your purchase can be an extremely expensive option, often costing more than your initial purchase. In the past, when ordering from other web-based fashion outlets, the only advice given is to sell them online! However, Fashoin Mia was able to offer me an exchange, for all that I bought, without hurting my bank balance. Thank you Fashoin Mia for service well provided !!"
