"Terrible company to deal with, I ordered 1600 in materials to wrap my truck and they sent half the first time and it was damaged when they sent the other half, the product they sent is unusable and now they have quit responding, please dont do business with Metro Restyling they will steal your money then not reply to emails. "
"I made a purchase with them and I didn’t need the wrap anymore so I tried to return it and get a refund it cost me $150 but they only refund me $50 and they kept $100 that’s crazy! And it took weeks to even get the $50 I’m done with this company never again. Smh "

"So I wanted to order some products and use my credit card, in my name, with my confirmed billing address. But I wanted it shipped to my shop.. They could not do this and wanted me to email a copy of my card (SAY WHAT?) Email is not a secure channel to send sensitive information such as SSN or Credit card into.. They then wanted a document filled out and signed with again the credit card number. All the while they had already charged my card.
Trying to run a business and deal with this.. BTW. Buywrap.com and Metrostyling is the same company..
Just told them to refund the order and I will keep my business with RVinyl and Avery Dennison directly. Wow, do you want my first born as well?"

"I was told they ship the same day (the order was early Monday, received a shipping confirmation that afternoon), however it actually went out the next day. I had Wednesday off to install, it's now Thursday, still nothing 4 days later. Shipped by USPS Priority from Michigan to Ohio, only one state over. Their responses looked surprising like the responses on other review sites. Yes, they apologized but offered nothing else. Only when I replied again they offered a discount on my next order! It was an insulting offer, a 5% code that any person can use. Geezzz.... I just hope when/if it gets here that the wrap is what i ordered. I would hate to deal with them again!"
