"Nothing is worse than working with a vendor that is all about selling their services and products; vendors who are pushy and rude to boot. I was hesitant to try out a new vendor, but it is helpful to have a vendor who is knowledgeable about headsets and phone peripherals, etc. General office suppliers can be great but I need extra help with the headsets - all aspects of troubleshooting to telling me what new ear cushions will work with existing models. I am very pleased that Merritt has staff that has taken lots of time explaining how to use the demo model of the Discover Headset. And they have all sorts of Plantronics supplies also. So at the beginning of what I hope will be a good, long liaison of a vendor helping us with our headset needs, I give Merritt a two thumbs up (I can do that because I have two hands free using my headset!)"
