"I would strongly advise against ordering anything from these people.
Placed order online for a total of USD $199.95. The order confirmation page stated "Please note, you will not get a shipping/order confirmation until your card has been charged." so printed the page as record of purchase.
About three weeks later had not received any confirmation that order had been sent so decided to order goods elsewhere - sent email asking for order to be cancelled and received a reply the next day with just one sentence:
"This has shipped.... About a week ago..."
No shipping number or date or any other information was provided. I checked my credit card balance and it had been debited the amount and yet no confirmation email had ever been sent.
I sent an email back asking for a shipping number and received no reply. Several days later I again asked for a shipping number and stated they had poor customer service. I received the following reply:
"we close on the weekend and we had a holiday in this state
yesterday...
Whay is this poor CS???? We cannnot spend time with our
families!!!!!!!!
I'm looking for it... we have a lot to look through..."
Still no shipping information was provided.
I have since sent several more emails requesting shippinh information, the last one admittedly was not very friendly. I have received no other replies and have now given up ever seeing my goods.
I am currently pursuing this matter through my credit card company.
