Tried to cancel after waiting almost two weeks, they said too late item had been sent the day before. Then they sent tracking details which showed that not only had they not sent the item, but that it was still waiting to be picked up.
They said I could return the item for a refund, but they are in Italy!
PayPal have refunded me as a result.

I have registered my order and pay for a T-shirt on 2nd of December, today(24.12.2013) I didn't receive the product and after my first complain they stop answering me to any of my messages.
In my country they are called thieves, I don't know in Italy"
