"I had ordered a custom blanket but managed to miss Meowingtons support contacting me for the photo to use. I was planning to take the blanket abroad as a birthday gift for an 11-year old. When I finally contacted Meowingtons it was too late to send the photo, have the blanket made and shipped to my before my flight. Within about a half an hour and through several emails with Kharvin in customer service they had my photo and were sharing the cost with me to ship the package abroad. The blanket arrived a few days after I did. I was told "It was the best present ever!" by the recipient who loved having her cat's face on what was a lovely, cozy and soft blanket. "I bought the RC drone 'cat toy' recently, and was appalled when I got it. It's light weight styrofoam and plastic sheeting, in NO WAY suitable as a cat toy. I wrote a review of the product for the website.... and it's never shown up on there. Poking around, I see that ALL the reviews on their merchandise is 4 and 5 star. They cherrypick which reviews they show, instead of posting them all and letting consumers make their own choices. I won't buy from them again, because I don't trust them since they won't show potential customers ALL of the reviews of their stuff. "

"I ordered the RC Bird Drone for my cat several weeks ago. I finally received my order and was appalled at the condition of the package in which the drone came in! The box was literally ripped, squished and crushed as if it was run over a truck! The box was so destroyed that I had a hard time even trying to extract the drone. When I did finally manage to get access to the drone, I noticed that the tail of the drone was all bent out of shape. With the condition that the tail was in, I was certain there was no way the drone would fly properly and I was right. My first attempt at flying the drone ended up in the drone doing a nose dive straight into the floor where it’s nose subsequently broke off! This was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent and I warn against anyone from purchasing a product from this company because their shipping practices are terrible and completely incompetent! "
