"I had a question about the memory so I had to call them. They answered the phone (all three times I called, sorry about that). I was buying ECC ram for an old gaming motherboard to turn into an Ubuntu server. I tested all the sticks of RAM and they were perfect, no issues. I was even able to Will-Call it which gave me a jump on testing memory before I needed it.
The web site is easy to navigate, quick, simple, and accurate. I liked the search feature which made finding the right RAM guaranteed to work with my system, a cinch! Pricing was EXTREMELY competitive with others sites I researched (in the end, memoryx was cheaper). I would use them again for special memory needs (ECC/Server RAM).
A small issue was that I could not select the RAM manufacturer - that's not an option. They do warn you up front it's one of a handful of vendors (All of them confirmed compatible with my motherboard). Not worth getting into a tiff over or removing any stars, just something to be aware of. It did not discourage me from buying from them."
