"They took the order and charged the credit card. No shipment was received after a week so I called them. They told me that they have no stock and admitted to charging me without the stock at the time of purchase. I have demanded a refund and so far after 2 weeks I am told daily that I will see a refund and NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED! Told to call back tomorrow AGAIN - FRAUD - STAY AWAY FROM THEM!"

I bought one 1.13GHz/133Mhz Intel Pentium-III CPU. It was properly placed on a anti-static cushion within an anti-static envelope and the whole thing was properly boxed and shipped via UPS. Prompt email updates, fast shipping, good (low) shipping charges, excellent packing. Overall very good purchasing experience. I will certainly consider them for future purchases.

"Order was shipped fast, but they shipped the wrong product! I emailed them and got a response that sounded like a 12 year old "surfer dude" wrote it. I sent the product back ignoring the unprofessional email and waited for my correct shipment to come.
Two weeks later the correct product had still not arrived. I called them up and they tell me they were "out of stock" and waiting for it to come in. Why didn't they notify me of this as soon as they knew? I should not have had to call two weeks later to find out. If they didn't have it, they should have given me an option of canceling my order.
Eventually I received the correct product, but it was almost 4 week after I made my order.

"I ordered an Intel P4 2.4 Northwood from these guys, and everything went as smoothly as ZZF or Newegg. The best thing about this distributor is that it has many parts, while not exactly considered "new", but are still in wide use, but not available at some of the larger distributors.
The prices were very reasonable, and there's also the option of free shipping if you're inclined to wait for FedEx's 5-7 day service.
Also, I'd like to point out that the email notifications couldn't be better. They kept me informed of my order's progress like any other online distributor."
