"Terrible vendor, send 500 mp3 players with defective headphones (2 left earphones, 1 not working), we sold them without testing them, and they would not make good on defects unless we returned all products, would have cost 2x replacement cost.

It was really embarrassing because I used the drives to deliver files to my customers, and then they were not able to read the drives.



Update:
I was recently contacted by Memorysuppliers.com and they offered to replace all of my defective drives with a different model. Once I receive the drives, I will update this review again after a through testing.

At least for now, they appear to be quickly addressing the problem, so take this current rating with a grain of salt."

I needed drives for a client's trade show, and was about to blow a fuse when Joe, the Director of Sales stepped in, apologized for the mistake and made it right - he got the drives produced the same day, issued me a generous credit and shipped the drives overnight so we could have them for the 2nd and 3rd days of the show. Mistakes happen, and though I wasn't completely happy about the order, in the end I have to say that MemorySuppliers.com takes customer satisfaction very seriously."

When my brother guessed at which camera memory chips to buy me for an upcoming birthday, MemorySuppliers.com graciously & expeditiously swapped the lower capacity (64Mb & 128Mb) chips he purchased for two 2Gb chips. This increased my camera's photo quantity maximum from a mere 17 (@~3Mb each picture) to 1,288 photos-per-2Gb chip at that capacity. Wow! Now I can even record many minutes of video in between snapshots on an upcoming vacation.
