I paid for 2nd day delivery and did not receive it until after his memorial. I reached out to customer service as I know it was not their fault, it was fed ex or ups and being holiday time. They immediately refunded the cost of the 2 day shipping, no questions asked. It worked out better as I got to place his ashes in the heart myself. "Memorials.com made a cemetery headstone for our family and everyone loves the grave stone. It is supposed to have 4 family names on it and this will look really nice at the end. Now we have grandma and grandpa on it and we put a picture on it as well. it took a little over 2 month to get it all done and I was a little skeptical to buy this on the internet but they did a great job and the price was 1/2 the price from the cemetery.
