"A) claimed they were selling Micron DIMM's... what I recieved was NOT Micron memory, rather Micron chips on a generic pcb. They wouldn't even post in my Dell.
B)Got an RMA number... claimed they were going to refund my money, 2 months later the money still hasn't been refunded to my AMEX card even though they were right quick to charge it. Now I will simply contact AMEX and have the charges removed."
