"There have been a couple instances where delivery times were a bit longer than expected (apparently the vendor did not supply the product to meh.com as promised?) but the vast majority of my orders have been timely and arrived in good condition. Pricing from that site has been great, but some items are older models that are being blown out by the manufacturers. But they do list model #'s and lots of pictures so its clear what should be expected. "

"Ordered a refurbished Braven XXL bluetooth speaker for $154 from Meh in May, 2018. They shipped it with the wrong voltage AC adapter labeled with an output voltage of 12V instead of 18V. The adapter was also DOA with no measured output voltage. They refused to replace the adapter with the correct one, and said I had to submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer. The comments thread on this offer on their website indicated that many other customers were having the same experience. This was clearly a scam. I returned the speaker and adapter and requested a refund on my credit card, which request was not honored. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card provider, who reversed the charge."

"I’ve bought a few things from Meh and they’ve turned out fine. You can pretty much assume it’s the best price, but people will post in the forum if there’s anything to watch out for. So far, I haven’t had to write in to customer service, so no idea what that’s like. "

The shipping is super-slow Fedex mail innovations (USPS) but it's free after that initial $5, so hard to complain. I only ever had one problem with them and they replaced the defective item without hassle."

"If you order something and then later go back that day to increase the quantity you ordered (max 3), they double charge you for shipping. Had they been in one order, shipping would have been paid once. Their customer service addressing this issue was very poor. I'm done with meh.com. My experience was below meh."
