"I purchased a product from Medshop.com. I wanted to exchange it for a different size. I ended up buying the different size and then was to return the first item. I went to ship it back, the shipping was more than the cost of the item, because of the size. I asked Medshop for a shipping label. They said it would be a certain price, which was half the cost of the item. I only paid $7 shipping but it would be 3 time that to return it. It doesn't seem to be a reasonable exchange policy. I feel I lost out all around. It was just an exchange but I would have lost half the refund just to ship it back. Then they have to make sure it is resealable. If it wasn't I guess I would have been out the full cost plus not have the product. Nightmare!!! "
