"I bought A Medion Akoya about 3 weeks ago tried to install it yesterday it came up with the name medion then nothing but a blank screen. I tried ringing the hotline all day and all this morning, its permanently engaged, I rang the factory eventually got through and spoke to someone who wanted me to re- install it while I am on the phone. The same as the other chap they have my money and I have a faulty PC."
