"BELOW IS THE TEXT OF THE COMPLAINT I SENT TO MED-EXPRESS AND THEIR RESPONSE. I RATED THEIR PRICE HIGH BECAUSE YOU CAN ONLY PURCHASE A WHOLE CASE AT A TIME WORTH $80 OF INFERIOR-QUALITY GLOVES. EVERY 5-7 GLOVES IN EACH BOX HAS A WHOLE OR THE FINGER-FITS ARE CUT OFF:
One box of gloves was crushed. I cannot use it. It happened in the
previous order as well. Although in the previous order I did not ask for refund, I
am expecting a refund for the current, unusable box. Please issue me a credit of
$3.99 for the defective box. I refuse to return it b/c shipping will eat up the
refund.

When I first complained, the company sent me a advertisement email listing gloves and prices. The second complaint I sent, the company sent me a advertisement email listing adult diapers and prices. The third time or so I sent a complaint email, this this the response I received. (I will not order from them again.):
ok. you can't win the battle of e-mails, but you can have one box credited to your
account. so on your next order you will be charged for 19 boxes instead of 20. that
is how we roll at med-express. so you get what you want. i guess you win.
congratulations on the persistence. how about we get a good rating with yahoo. not
excellent not bad, but GOOD. you know we are, otherwise you would not keep e-mailing
if you didn't believe in us. right? have a nice day.

Additionally, every 5th-7th gloves in each box leak or have huge holes at finger tips. I would be doing the dishes and all of a sudden, my gloved hand would get very wet. At this, rate their shipping is not free as advertised. You're paying about $20 in shipping."
