SUGGEST TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM AND SHUT DOWN THEIR COMPANY

"This is a major scam. They take orders but do not deliver on time. They take a minimum of one and a half months to deliver a product. They delay in delivering even after having one and a half months time. They act like they have to give birth first and then deliver the product. When the product is delivered, it is completely damaged. When you ask to return the product, they do not accept the complaint if it is filed 48hours after delivery. They apparently have a policy which states that if the complaint is not filed within 48 hours of the delivery, it will not be accepted. But they do not have a policy which says what the customers are supposed to do if they deliver the product late. There is absolutely no justice or common sense that these people use. They are a bunch of brainless NITWITS. This is a pathetic policy they have.

The customer care people are inefficient. Their lines are always busy. They do not know how to COMMUNICATE. They lack decency. I don't know how this company is still surviving. It should SHUT DOWN. They are big cheaters and know how to loot money from their customers. After threatening to lodge a complaint in the CONSUMER COURT, they call and tell that for your sake we are going against the company's policy and agreeing to take the product back and refund the money. All this was happening for over a week. They know how to waste customer's TIME, ENERGY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THEIR MONEY.

I have the names of all the [SUPPOSEDLY, SO CALLED] Customer Care Executives I spoke to.
1) JACOB
2) MRUNALINI (WHO GIVES FREE TUITIONS ON HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL)
3)SHOBHA
4)SHAZIA
5) AARIF
6) RAMESH

These people only put you on hold. and when they themselves give a particular number and ask you to call them, those concerned people who are supposed to receive your calls only cut your calls. I have called for one hour straight and they would only cut the call. Which only goes to show their cowardice. And also customers can get free tuitions from the Customer Care Executives on how to be professional and how to talk with them.

These guys are a bunch of MORONS. They do not have the BALLS to talk when the customer starts questioning them.

The fact that they have received so many NEGATIVE REVIEWS, I think they will do themselves some good if they shut down permanently.

"Its a fraud company never go with prepaid orders

they were supposed to refund my money which has not been done yet been over a month now

The worst online shopping experience iam seeing with Mebelkart. Product not delivered on time and your customer care reps will give false promises of get backing to customer. When product has not shipped why the hell you give tracking number. Never ever recommend anyone to shop with Mebelkart

"Ordered 2 items on 17th April,16. Till date not received any. talked with them upto 30.4.16 but after that no discussion took place because of their telephone line engagement.

Seems to me it's a fraud business.

Delay in Refund : Mebelkart

"#49277 # ***-***-****/37728 : Receive Broken Product

We received a courier from MebelKart with this order id ***-***-****/37728 and we found the product totally broken. Its the vintage wall clock with glass over the top and the glass was totally broken.

We didnt unpack it fully and from the transparent sheet we found that the glass was broken. sharing you the photos of the same as attached.

The product was already returned but its being more then 30 days that we didnt receive our money back.

I request you to please take immediate actions towards them.

Cheaters - Extremely Worst Service...Cheap Quality Product, Not responding

"I had worst experience with Mebelkart...They are cheaters, Product I received is not the same and bit damage during handling...Call center number is not active mostly...Since last 12 days I have called and send them 12 emails and talk almost 6 times but no response...Looks they are sleeping...I made mistake paying them in advance...

They asked me to pay Octroi amount 442/RS which they not refunded...

"Hi Guys,

Mebelkart is one of the fraud company i came accross. i have ordered(#101138441) TV unit on 15th nov 2015, the product has not been delivered yet. These buggers always misguided me whenever i called them. The representers @ mebelkart are SANA, POOJA & SHWETA.... these girls are big liars... they always lied me about my product. They promised me wrong delivery date of the product. i use to sit @ home on those days, when they told the product will be delivered. Then they divert the call and now they are telling the product will be dispatched next week. its already been 1 month now...

Request you guys please do not order anything from this fraud site and dont waste time & money.

"Absolutely irresponsible seller..... We placed the order on _____ and it had 22 business days delivery period, we got a damaged item after 30 days...They do not refund nor they replace!!!!! They blatantly lie about shipping of the replacement item.... multiple times they have send that within 24 hours I will get the shipment number...I have made numerous phone calls, emails with the customer care, even a Mr. Sahil.... who is the representative there... keeps delivering false promises that the item is delivered....will be delivered...is shipped..will be shipped...

this is absolute nonsense.


They keep sending false sms that the item is delivered..when the replacement item itself is lying with us.

Don't ever order with this company even by mistake...

I recall reading somewhere that the directors of this company wants to make it a billion dollar business..... but if this is the commitment you have....it might happen the other way round...u will end up being wound up....

As on date...i haven't received any replacement neither any shipment number

I had ordered 4 sets of curtains from mebelkart which never reached me, out of 4 sets only one reached which was a wrong shipment and the rest of the order had reached someone else in West Bengal. Without even verifying they closed the order and marked it as delivered.
When I asked for a refund and cancellation of the order it took them 2 weeks to just verify and take my request. It has been over a month and I have only received partial refund. Even after repeated and numerous calls and emails to the customer care it has fallen in deaf ears and each time they say refund is initiated. When the refund is supposed to be in 5-7 working days it's been more Han a month there is no initiation from the company.

I request such hoax websites and companies are sued for harassing customers and for following no work ethics. Companies like mebelkart make customer satisfaction and ecommerce a joke.

I will be personally visiting their corporate office in HSR Layout soon but even that I feel will fall into deaf ears.

From an extremely disappointed and frustrated customer.

"I had one of the worst experience while buying a piece of furniture from Mebelkart. Sharing the same with all, so that fellow shoppers beware of this bogus organization:
1. I ordered a shoe rack from Mebelkart on 17.12.2014 via Order No. #697020001. After waiting for multiple days I sent them a reminder for delivering that on 2nd Jan 2015. Good thing is that they responded to this within a day and sent me an sms that it has been dispatched. I believe that it is a new company and the onus of getting the order delivered is left on the customer asking him to send reminders.

2. I received the shock when I got the shipment on 6th Jan. Instead of delivering the Shoe rack I had ordered , I was delivered a package full of some flimsy boards and some screws.

3. I waited for somebody from mebelkart to come and give the product I ordered rather than the boards I received but no one turned up.
I wrote to their customer care but did not get any response. Seems there is none.
4. I tried assembling the same myself but after 2 hours of futile effort I realised that these boards would not fit in and create the solution of the puzzle sent to me.

Since then I have been writing to mebelkart asking for my money back, but the only mails I receive from them is some stupid marketing stuff offering me discount if I write good things about them. Sorry guys, with the kind of pathetic product and services you offer I would not be able to write anything good and misguided fellow shoppers.

"I typically do not write bad reviews, but my experience with Mebelkart was just plain aweful. I ordered furnishings and home decor items which were not shipped even after 8 days after claiming they will be shipped in 2 days. I am still waiting to get a tracking number after they are shipped. The worst thing is the customer service. First they claimed it will be done and tracking number provided on the 4th day after I called on the 3rd day. Then my call back at the end of the 5th day led to them contacting the vendor who promised to ship the item before close of business. When I called on the 6th day, they told me the item is out of stock and the vendor has been notified. On my call on the 7th day , they claimed the vendor had met with an accident(!) and hence the delay. Today being the 8th day, the main customer care line is out of service! Three things - (1) they never bothered calling me to update despite promising to do that everytime I called (2) their list of vendors are dodgy to say the least (you can't run out of stock and still advertise, and then conveniently meet with an accident!! Its just not one person who runs a company for godsake!) (3) you need to ensure good service to earn customers and then make some money to pay your customer service line telephone bills!! What a rotten egg of a company..."
