"This is the worst site to order from. It took them 2 months to send one item. Then, they refused to help pay for the returns. And in their email to me, the prefaced it with “if it doesn’t get lost in transit”. This is sketchy. I’m sure they plan to claim that they can’t refund my money plus the $8 I spent on the return shipping because it got “lost in transit”. TRUST ME, DON’T USE THIS SITE. "

The reason I returned the items is that the sizes were not true to what they advertise. I ordered 3 bathing suits in the same size. Each bathing suit was at least one size smaller than the previous one and the largest was barely a fit. "

They eventually respond to requests for the refund but they keep asking for invoices, proof of shipment etc, even though we had already sent them. They keep saying they never received it or it is being held in customs. They are a terrible company, terrible customer service and their products are cheap and falling apart. It costs more than the item to return. Paid through Paypal and you only have so long to contest it. We did and Maykool kept giving us the runaround. Paypal closed the problem saying it was past the time to complain so we are out about $60 for a $35 item. DO NOT BUY FROM CHINA!

"This company is a total scam operating out of China. Ordered five items, received three, but my credit card was charged immediately for full amount. Items received are supposed to be extra large, but are actually medium...really??? Cannot fit anything and I usually wear large. Poor quality, looks cheap! If you got the free shipping; offer and want to return anything, they charge you for the original shipping charges...oh yes! Shipping back to China costs more than what you pay for the merchandise. When I contacted them to return it, I was shocked to find out that their return policy is "they refund your money ONLY if they decide, and they decide only when they get your item back". So you could be out the return shipping PLUS the cost of the item! Not worth it. Junk merchandise, junk service. Very sketchy."

"Total scam. The image on their website showed a great-quality costume, and what I received was a papery, super low quality piece of junk. It cost me $18 (for a $50 costume) to ship it back to them for hopefully an eventual refund. I've never seen such a huge blatant LIE of a difference between a product on a website and what was actually received. "
