"Well, I started this store on this site because I was ready to blast them. Their communication is awful. I requested repeatedly for status on my glasses. After 3 weeks, I finally got an email with a tracking # from the USPS. The glasses did not arrive for another 2 weeks.
It was supposed to take 14 days.
The glasses themselves seem OK but very, very small. This is my first time needing glasses so I knew nothing of sizing. Fortuneately the frame is thin and does expand for my head or I'd have a terrible headache.
The lenses seem OK but I'm not an expert. Wearing glasses from a vision perspective has not been a pleasant experience. They seem roughly equivalent in vision to the $600.00 glasses I got from my optometrist - not saying much though - glasses drive me nuts.
So I'm giving them a 6 or so. Reasonable quality. Bad communication."
