"I ordered a swiftech MCX159-P Nov. 26th. It was advertised as "in stock" and I was sent an e-mail on Nov 28th that my odered had shipped. It did not ship on the 28th nor did they have my item in stock when I ordered it. I called them today, Dec 3rd and was told by customer service that my order will ship today (Dec. 3rd) because they did not recieve thier stock shipment until today. That is false advertisement and disshonesty. I will not be doing buisnees again with maxcooler.com. If they are going to lie about this...what else are they capable of doing?"

"Kudos, Great Customer Service.......... and I did't even purchase anything!!! I placed an order for two computer cases, on Dec. 1 and charged it on my credit card. I got a response on Dec. 2, Monday, explaining that they no longer had the case that I wanted, in stock, and to also inform me that the printout from their website was incorrect, pertaining to the shipping charges. There was a complete explanation as to the mistake, and they requested that I respond to let them know what to do with the order. My response was that I would decline the order, as I had found another site, that had the cases that I wanted. The fabulous thing here was that there response time was in a matter of two or three HOURS, and my credit card was never charged. My point here is....since this company handled this situation this well, the remaining process of making a web order with them must be the same. I have emailed them to thank them for the way they handled this situation and explained that I would highly consider them for future purchases. In contrast, I also placed an order with USSA.com (what a mistake) and I have also placed a review on this website about that experience (it's worth the read). "

This was my first experience with Maxcooler
The following day, they called me to verify my alternate shipping address and shipped it out that afternoon by USPS-Piority mail.
They then e-mailed me to inform me of it being shipped.
Excellent comunication!
When I recieved the RAM I was again impressd with the care they took in packaging and how securely the RAM was protected.
They might not have the absolute lowest price but, they more than make up for it with fantastic customer service.

"I purchased an Alpha PAL8045U heatsink/fan, but only got the heatsink. I e-mailed & called them and they stated what I ordered was the barebone heatsink. He was right, but the picture shows the heatsink & fan and that's what I thought I was ordering. It was a little deceiving. So they sent me the fan free of charge anyways. They even asked what CPU I had so they could send the right fan to accommodate the heat dissapation. Now that's great service!"
